Because most of what we sell is light-weight & to reduce cost to our customers, we use United States Postal Service First-Class Mail for shipping. Packages are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days after the order is shipped, however, shipping times are not guaranteed. Insurance & Priority or Express methods of shipment must be arranged prior to ordering and cost paid by recipient. You will receive an email notice with tracking number when your items ship.
Shipping to international destinations from the USA can be extremely expensive! For this reason, we ship primarily by United States Postal Service First-Class Mail International to reduce cost to our customers. First-Class Mail International now provides tracking worldwide and packages are usually delivered within 6 to 10 business days after the order is shipped, however, shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs, import duties, shipping regulations & tariffs vary from country to country. We are not responsible for items restricted from import, customs and import duties applied to shipments at the destination nor the amount of time your package may be in customs. Restricted items and additional fees added at destination are the responsibility of the recipient of the shipment. Please note: we will not misrepresent the value of your package nor mark it as a "gift" to avoid customs duties as this is illegal! Contact your local customs office for details & clarification!
